Today, She attends the Quinceanera!
The long awaited celebration started at 2 pm today. Right away, the shoes came off and the girls were giggling! Gladys had to wear her glasses because she has a tear on her left cornea.
She looks quite different and was a little worried about going in her glasses, all dressed up. Her friends made her feel better, tho. I will edit when I found out how it went!
Update:
Party was fun! Gladys said "Boris" even showed up after his band shin-dig!
She showed everyone how to salsa and got a lot of people dancin'! I was told by a few adults that Gladys is quite the party girl! (Where it comes from, I'm not sure! I am so shy and backwards!)

The kids had a blast...I am so happy it worked out that Drew could be there for some of it!
