We've arrived! (?)
Altho I CAN drive in NYC, doesn't mean I LIKE driving in NYC! The bridge is under construction and 2nd Ave was gridlocked into ONE lane at 2am!!! Unfucking believable!!!! Luckily, the cab drivers pissed me off so much, I took the alternate route and then got to block their asses getting on the bridge!!! Poor Darlin' Daughter... city driving is much too scary for her. I told her I was scared, too, but you can't show the traffic your fear! You have to drive like the rest of them....

we took the train in from poughkeepsie cuz there was no way i was driving (or riding with hubby) in the city. we did some good ole fashion walkin and some really cramped subway lines...
