so true. such power can be used for good causes. like, for instance, what if we were told everyday to hate what is going on in the sudan??

actually, i had never heard of him until now. that is why i posted the link to his teachings!
i'm glad to see that at least there are some celebraties using their star power to bring attention to such situations.
i became acquainted with thich nhat hanh about 10 years ago... reading his teachings was a big, big help to me at the time and i still practice some of it to this day... buddha boy also likes his books
