Been Busy!

After gathering all the "treasures" from my Grandmother's home, I put together this shadow box. It is filled with items from my uncle's childhood. The box includes letters written by him to his mother, a letter written by my great grandmother to my grandmother, a marionette made by my uncle in first grade, several prayer cards, my greatgrandmother's memorial card and my uncle's first shoe. I also included his birth announcement! I gave it to his granddaughter. She loved it...I hope the past won't be lost on the next generation!
