Someone IS one today! And she was captivated by the candle on her cupcake and was delighted that grandpa, mommie and lao-lao were singing her a funny song about a birthday. She didn't eat the cupcake but smeared it all over the highchair tray and then gleefully licked the icing from her fingers. Good stuff that icing! Lil Dragon is so doggone cute I can hardly stand it!
