Recipe for the Day


Sugar-free Apple Pie
5 or 6 Granny Smiths
1 cup (or a little less) of Splenda
Cinnamon to your taste
A little nutmeg
2 tbsp+1tsp flour
2 tbsp of butter
Crust

Mix dry ingredients and add to sliced apples. Coat well. Add ½ apple mixture to crust. Dot with 1 tbsp butter. Add other ½. Dot with butter. Cover with crust. Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes or until done. (not burned!!:o))
